SEGI University and Colleges has been educating generations of Malaysians since its founding as Systematic College.

Today, SEGi has one of the widest range of programmes that prepare students for successful careers.

There is a suitable programme for everyone that promises to bring out the best in them, from pre-university to postgraduate level to suit every learners’ needs.

Programmes include Medicine, Business, Creative Arts and Early Childhood Education. The wide range of programmes at SEGi makes it one of the few private learning institutions that offers nearly every major.

SEGi has five campuses in the Klang Valley, Penang and Sarawak, making it one of the most accessible higher institutions in the country.

With over 27,000 students, SEGi is also one of the largest. Students could graduate with a degree from SEGi University, either one of SEGi’s partner universities from the United Kingdom, United States or Australia, or with both SEGi University and overseas partner universities.

In conjunction with SEGi’s 38th anniversary this year, students who apply to study at any of the SEGi campuses may enjoy the High Achiever’s Scholarship with a full scholarship on SEGi tuition fees for achieving 10As and above in the SPM, up to 75% rebate on tuition fees or a waiver of RM500 for every A scored in the SPM.

For the Promising Minds Fund, students can pay RM100 to start a programme or receive up to RM6,000 in grants and annual scholarship when maintaining a CGPA of 3.5.

For the Earn As You Learn Fund — this is specially catered for young adults who are in full-time employment but have yet to pursue higher education, rebates that cover the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), only for Business, IT, Hospitality and Communications programmes and with evening and weekend classes available.

To make it more convenient and interactive for students, SEGi is organising an Open Day at all their respective campuses — Kota Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Penang and Sarawak, from Aug 15 to 16 from 9am to 5pm.

There will be a career expert to chart one’s career path and a special session to meet the faculty dean upon RSVP. This is also the perfect opportunity for students to check out the campus facilities and other programmes offered.
