KUCHING: Segi College Sarawak is organising a Segi Carnival in conjunction with Segi Open Day at its main campus from 10am to 5pm tomorrow.
The yearly event is organised by the Student Representative Council (SRC) of Segi College Sarawak.
“Segi Carnival aims to improve the lifestyle of SEGians by encouraging participation in clubs and societies. Besides that, we provide an entrepreneurial platform not just for the clubs, but also for individuals to actively trade inside and outside the campus compound,” SRC president said in a press statement yesterday.
Segi Carnival 2017 revolves around the concepts of youth, passion and leadership.
The highlight of the day are the various booths, flea market, Segi Got Talent, Cosplay Competition, exciting performances, live mural painting and counselling sessions.
There will also be a visit by Era Fm Cruisers during which visitors stand a chance to win free gifts.
It is hoped that the event will attract fresh graduates to the carnival including anime hobbyists and the public.
