Change in Boardroom

Mr. Chang Tuck Chee @ Philip Chang is a corporate consultant, drawing from more than 30 years experience in key management positions in the stockbroking and investment banking sectors. He has also studied and worked abroad at different stages of his life.

In 1987, he began as an Executive in Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad and was promoted Manager before moving on in 1991. He joined the TA Group of Companies in 1991 as a Senior Manager and later became a General Manager where he worked until 1998. In 1999, he joined AmSecurities Sdn Bhd as the Executive Director until September 2004.

In October 2004, he re-joined TA Group of Companies and assumed the position as the Executive Director of TA Enterprise Berhad, a position he held until 31 March 2006. In 2009, he established P Chang & Associates Sdn Bhd. 

In 2013, he was appointed as an Alternate Director of Chan Chim Mooi Sdn Bhd and subsequently became a Director of the company. He later co-founded and was appointed as a Director of Flextrusion Sdn Bhd in 2016. Currently he is the chairman of a non-profit organisation, Interserve Fellowship Berhad and also the independent director of another non-profit charity, TA Foundation.
