On behalf of the Board of Directors of SEGi (“Board“), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd (“UOB Kay Hian“) is pleased to announce that the Agreement to Lease has become unconditional on 25 September 2020 as the Company and HCK Capital Group Berhad had obtained the approval for the Proposed Transaction from their respective shareholders at the extraordinary general meetings convened on 23 September 2020 and 25 September 2020, respectively.
